This page has been prepared to show clearly what you pay for, and how much, when shopping on oyunata.com. OyunAta is operated by RANTEY YAZILIM İTHALAT VE İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

1. Pricing Principle

There are no membership fees, subscription charges or hidden service fees on the Site. The amount you pay for a product is the product price you confirm in the cart and on the payment screen. The commission applied when topping up your balance is shown separately before payment, as explained below.

2. Where Are Prices Displayed?

The price of each product is clearly stated on the product page and in category listings.
The total amount in your cart is shown as a single amount before you confirm the order.
No amount that you have not approved is ever charged.

3. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Sales and collections are made in TRY.
When you view the Site in another language, prices are shown for information purposes in the currency associated with that language, at the current exchange rate.
For cards denominated in a foreign currency, the final amount charged to your card may differ slightly depending on the exchange rate and conversion fee applied by your bank.

4. Product Groups and Pricing Logic

In-game currencies and e-pins: Priced according to package size; the price of each package is listed separately on the product page.
Game accounts: Priced individually according to the account's content and level.
Digital subscriptions and licenses: Priced according to duration and package.
Random products: Have a fixed sales price. The possible contents are specified in the product description; the content is not determined at the time of purchase.
Products on promotion: The pre-discount price is shown alongside the discounted price.

5. Additional Charges on Orders

No delivery, shipping, service or transaction fees are charged for orders. The products are digital and delivery is free of charge.

6. Balance Top-Ups and Commissions

Orders are paid for with the balance in your account. The following conditions apply when topping up your balance:

Bank transfer (EFT): No commission is charged. The beneficiary name on the Company's bank accounts is RANTEY YAZILIM İTHALAT VE İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Debit/credit cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.): Due to the transaction costs of payment institutions, a percentage commission applies depending on the payment method you choose.
The commission is added on top of the amount you wish to load; the full amount you load is credited to your balance. For example, if you load 100 TL using a method with a 3.49% commission, you pay 103.49 TL and 100 TL is added to your balance.
The commission rate of each method is shown next to the method on the balance top-up page. The amount to be loaded, the commission and the total amount you will pay are shown separately on screen before you confirm the payment.
The minimum and maximum limits of the payment methods are also specified on the balance top-up page.
Fees arising from your bank's own tariff (e.g. foreign transaction fees) are not OyunAta's fees and are not collected by OyunAta.

7. Gift Balance and Coupons

Gift balance credited through campaigns, coupons or review rewards may be used only for purchases on the Site; it cannot be converted into cash and is non-refundable. The validity conditions of discount coupons are specified on the coupon.

8. Delivery Time

Digital products in stock are delivered automatically immediately after payment is confirmed.
For products requiring manual processing, the delivery time is specified separately on the product page and is 24 hours at the latest.
Delivery is made to the order screen of your account and/or to your registered e-mail address.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

For orders that have not been delivered or could not be delivered for technical reasons, your payment is refunded. The refund conditions are explained in detail on the Delivery and Refund Policy and Distance Sales Agreement pages.

10. Price Changes

Prices and commission rates may be updated without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the price at the moment you confirm the order; changes made after the order do not affect your existing order.
